Report Agent Chat Conversations

We are haveing trouble with our agents abusing the Chat feature of IPCCX. It has got to the point that we would like to run a report on our agent's chat conversations. Is this possible?


We are running IPCCX 4.0(5)_Build042. Thanks in advance for any help.

Unfortunately, this is not an option.

Chat logs are only available while the chat is in session, once the agent terminates the chat the log disappears. Sounds like your only option is to disable chat.

Thanks for the reply. Any idea if Cisco plans on adding this feature in the future?
