error detects on Gi3/8

Hi people,

I was getting errors on one of the switch port Gi3/8

And I verified the logs found it's relates mac-address mismatch.

Its exactly what it says the port is flapping . check for bad patches , house cable and speed/duplex mismatches, faulty nic card. The switch is temporarliy err-disabling port due to this condition.

house cable means what?
