attendant console

I have been asked to put in an attendant console on two computers. They have asked for this functionality and I have not done this in the past. I was wondering that when I put this in, does this change any call flow in an existing system? How should this work?

just configure the two AC users and then configure the hunt group with user/line method to define who gets the call in first place. if you need you can select a broadcast algorithm.

there is nothing funky on this config, it's used by a lot of people

the SRND has a little explanation on AC in case you're interested, you don't mention the version so just look it up in CCO
