Some immediate help would be appreciated!
What I have is a CTI Port say ext. 5000
This is forwarding to a route point 7000.
In the route list I am sending it over a qsiq trunk.
Whenever I dial 5000, 7000 is presented as the called number.
I need to have 5000 presented as the called number.
Any help is appreciated.

Why are you doing it this way? Make sure what calling device you using to call 5000 has a Calling Search Space on the devices that has access to a partition containing a Route Pattern as 5000 with RL -> QSIG. The forwarding sounds unnecessary ?
HTH please share more if I'm missing something..

The 5000 is a user DID that comes in over PRI. Wen that call comes in I need to send it over the QSIG to a siemens remote shelf.
If there is an easier way to do this I am open to any ideas.

ahh this is no problem..
Create a Partition
PT-Gateway-To-QSIG
then in the gateway CSS on the incoming PRI, make sure that Incoming CSS contains this partition in it).
now make 5000/PT-Gateway-To-QSIG Route Pattern and point it to RL-QSIG..
HTH, Please rate useful posts

PS/ (Be careful not to make a routing loop in the gateway, always double check Gateway CSS..)
