ftp port forwarding on 857

I am trying to configure port forwording for a ftp server (192.168.20.20) in 857.

What I did

1) static port forwarding on port 20 and 21

2) enable acl to permit ftp and ftp-data traffic

3) enable ip inspect ftp

I assume this will work. The ftp server inside the network is just a windows ftp server.

I can ftp xx.xx.xx.xx public address without problem. But I can not list files. When i was connected, i did "sh ip nat translations". Both 20 and 21 have translations happening.

So what I did wrong? Any more port need to be opened or not?

Thanks

Check your FTP client and make sure it is set to ACTIVE and not PASSIVE.

Hope that helps.
