how to upload my company logo in 7970 IP phones. CCM is 5.x version

Had gone through the steps which were mentioned out in Cisco guide line like

1)resized the pictures in 320*212 and 80 * 53 pixels

2) there was no list.xml file as default.so i have created the list.xml file and uploaded in software upgrades path.

3)uploaded the pictures also in the same path

4) restarted the tftp service

5)when i tried to see the pictures in phones,only default picture was there.

Dudes,pls guide me whether i have missed out any steps.If so,pls put it in detail.

You're nearly there it seems. Please verify the following:

1) your CCM TFTP server has the following directory where you put your pictures:

c:\program files\cisco\tftp\desktops\320x212x12

2) your pictures are in .PNG format - PortableNetworkGraphics

(not bmp or jpg, etc. must be .PNG)

3) your list.xml file is in the following format: (exactly as shown below; all characters)

FTP:Desktops/320x212x12/picture1.png" URL="TFTP:Desktops/320x212x12/picture1.png"/>

FTP:Desktops/320x212x12/picture2.png" URL="TFTP:Desktops/320x212x12/picture2.png"/>

4) restart TFTP service (not necessarily required)

NOTE: 7975 series require 320x212x16 directory.

NOTE: If you have multiple TFTP servers, make sure you update all of them.
