CCME And VG 224:CDR generation

Hi,

Need following information:

1) We have VG224 connected to the CCME.

2) How long the CDRs will be preserved on CCME?

Following is the configuration

call-history-mib retain-timer 500

call-history-mib max-size 500

!

!

dial-control-mib retain-timer 10080

dial-control-mib max-size 500

!

gw-accounting syslog

3) If we make call from the analog phone connected to the VG224 where the CDRs will be stored? On CCME or Vg224?

Hi, when you configure the VG224 for SCCP as recommended, all CDRs will be kept on CME.

For some reason, these are kept for even less than the values configured, so you need an external application to save /archive them.
