SNMP info from "Outside" interface on ASA suddenly stopped today

I can get SNMP info from all of the interfaces on my ASA except the "Outside" interface. It's been working fine for months until a couple of hours ago, what can I do?

I have this problem too.

You mean you are polling 'using' the outside interface IP or in your NMS you can't see any data for your outside interface?

Hi Farrukh,

Internally from my SNMP server (Solarwinds) I am connecting to the Outside interface. It connects and I usually poll it every 3 seconds to update me on the Internet bandwidth. It seems it only works if I set the poll to more than 10 seconds now.

I would do the following:

1) Check the ASA via a free tool like GETIF.

2) Check the CPU/Memory resources on the ASA.

3) Do the same for the Solarwindws Box.

4) Try to re-add the device in Solarwinds.
