Intercom delay when IPC user call 7970phone

I created intercom line for a 7970 phone and an IP communicator user.

When IPC intercom 7970 phone, after input the 2 digits line number, it took about 6 seconds to ring and activate speaker on 7970.

However, when 7970 intercom IPC, it works ASAP.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Remove the caller ID from the voice port on the router. This allows for one ring before the IP phone rings, which is normal for a two stage dialing set up.
