We have a problem with some of our operators not logging in to the console for major portions of the day in order to avoid the deluge of phone calls. Is there any way to find a log of who logged into the consoles and when in CCM 4.0?

only with TCD traces, as a WA configure the hunt group to route the calls directly to her =) (instead of using user/line approach) that she cannot escape

very helpful. I found exactly what I needed in here C:\ProgramFiles\Cisco\Trace\TCD\tcdsrv.txt. I'll keep the direct call routing in mind if we need to do that, but there are 5 AC panels in the building.
