Hi
I am having the following problems when trying to delete old records,
I go to Campus Manager > Administration > User Tracking
Administration > Acquisition > Delete Interval.
Delete now
But get the following error:
Application error: Unable to connect to Server".
Also attach the log file.
Any help would be good.

It looks like there is a bad entry in User Tracking. If possible, please post a CSV export of the User Tracking main table.

Many thanks for the response, sorry can not post the csv file. is there any thing I can look at in the csv file.. I was hoping a upgrade would fix this issue.

I've never seen this before, but it would seem that at least one entry is missing a last seen time.

Thanks for your response on this, it seems there was an entry in the CSV file that had no time stamp, this has been delete manually and now works fine.
