Hi,

We are using Cisco 1242 wireless access point for our client. using SSID and wep they are able to access the wireless network.as a part of the client standards we are not broadcasting the SSID.manually we will configure every thing for user computer.now the problem for some of the user is they are unable to wirelss network & even they are unable to view the AP in available network but the same laptop is working in the home. wht we observed is when he comes from unsecured zone to secure zone which is my access point he is facing this problem. for trouble shooting purpose i have broad casted the SSID. and now he can able to view my AP's SSID.

Some one please help me how to trouble shoot this issue with out broadcasting.
