I have a new UC500, neither AA nor Voicemail is responding to calls. 'show ccn prompts' reveals no prompt files in the system. Even the system prompts are gone. Can someone instruct me how to get the prompts back? Can I copy systems prompts from a CUE in a CME?

Hi Larry,

I don't think you can use files from a standard CUE system can you try the special UC520 CUE files from this location?

I feel you can do it with "ccn copy prompt" command from CUE to CME (FTP).
