SDSL Issue

We have a SDSL link connecting to the Tiscali network. It has been bouncing very badely. We have changed the cables and also hardware.

At present we have added direct static RIP route pointing to their network, to see if this makes any difference but we are still having this issue.

We have enabled RIP protocol and events debugs as well.

Is their anything I can do to resolve this issue.

Which exact hardware (show diag) and IOS (first line of show ver) are you using for this connection ?
