BBSM 5.3 Port hopping issue

Greetings to all.

I have a question about enabling port hopping on my bbsm server.

Basically, i want to enable it in order to disconnect users after a given period of time. For some reason, packet inactivity does not work.

I enabled port hoppping in both ports and antennas and set the port hopping time to 5 minutes but in testing the user is not disconnected and in the transaction history there is nothing in relevance to port hopping.

1. Do i need to do something else?

2. Is there a way to troubleshoot what exactly is going on (something like a log)?

3. Maybe it has something to do with packet inactivity, which as i stated, also does not work?

I checked my hardware, and both choices are supported.

Thanks in advance.

Here is the URL for the configuration of the Cisco BBSM 5.3 and also follow the Configuring the Port Hop Delay which will help you :
