Cannot pulse digits in Auto Attendant when being directed to another system

I have a call routing function when you call one of my stores you hit the AA. The AA provides different selections. You hit option 3 for customer service.

This call then sends you to the Customer Service Location in another state. When hitting this site you are then prompted by the AA again to enter the state you are calling from. It is at this location we cannot hit any numbers.

How is this solved?

I assume it is in the script on the store location not sending something, just not sure what it is.

Solved.

Needed to add at all remote locations to the dia-peer calling this number at the center

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

This solved the outpulses from one system to the next via that dial-peer.
