Is CEF supported on cisco router 1841 or 2801 or 2811? I need to combine 2 T1's on the above platforms. which one will support CEF and Multink PPP?

Hi Francisco,
To use CEF you need a IOS to support it. Cisco ios does support CEF and you dont have to think much about it.
If you have the right hardware/IOS all the 3 devices will support the CEF and multilink PPP
