Sub interfaces on 1841 router

can 2 subinterfaces point to the same ip unnumbered fastethernet0/0 port on a router. Will this cause any issues? I need to do this while we change over to a new DS3 and keep our current DS3 up and running temporarily. As soon as I switch over to the new dlci, I will put the old dlci in shut on our core router.

Example:

interface Serial0/1/0.1 point-to-point

description connected to test

ip unnumbered FastEthernet0/0

no ip mroute-cache

frame-relay interface-dlci 100

!

interface Serial0/1/0.300 point-to-point

description connected to test

ip unnumbered FastEthernet0/0

no ip mroute-cache

frame-relay interface-dlci 300

There is no problem in doing that.

Technically speaking, p-t-p serial interfaces and sub-if, do not need an IP address.
