I went to a site that uses a dlink dsl 320T modem that gives dhcp on 192.168.1.2 - 254 this plugs into the firewall and on the firewall we can see it get an ip address but it shows the external ip address. I installed a draytek vigor router 2820 set up dhcp with the same config on modem but on the firewall we saw it get an internal address and didnt show the external address and no one could browse internet. I set up ip routing inputting the firewall internal ip address and subnet but this did not resolve the situation. How can I change the firewall to work with the router and will I lose any of its routes and vpns set up on the firewall? I gather its a routing problem since modem works but am not familier to pix firewalls
