PIX 501 vpn tunnel - Cannot ping

I just created a VPN Tunnel between our 2 companies. I am trying to ping and it is not replying.

I did the following configuration on both pix501:

1. Access-list

2. Crypto Map

3. Isakmp key ******

everything looks exactly same as it is setup for our other companies but this company is not reponding to ping or remote access.

Where are you trying to ping from ???

are you trying for lan to lan reachability/ping ?

can you post the configs out here ?
