What command can I see average statistic of
packet lost for some phone? Maybe I can use switch interface command? Or maybe some MIB for minotoring tool like Nagios?
Any body help me?

This statistics is collected only during call, but how I can collect data during "dorm mode"

You can't collect them on the phone, but if it was a PSTN call, you can use "show call history voice" on the router.

I mean more efficient solution. For example, can I use CDR table or some other table from Db to select needed information?

you can use wireshark if you want to be fancy. Or like the other post, hit the ? twice on the IP phone while in a phone call.
