UCM 5.1 CDR Problems

Hi

I am facing a problem with ucm 5.1 and cdr, i've setup a new box and configured the billing server to an external ftp but no records are being uploaded to ftp. I've check all the configurations on ccm and everything seems ok. Any ideia what could be?

You sholud try to re-synce the database as CDR records are only pulled from CCM1 so 2 and 3 should be pointed to CCM1after that restart

Cisco CDR Agent

on all servers in the cluster ..
