Unanswered Question

I am hoping to get some guidance on Outbound preview dialing:

scenario: Customer has a Basic SQL database and a newly installed CCX Premium. I understand how the outbound Preview dialer works, from the documentation it talks about the contacts being imported into the CRA Database. What I would like to know is if there is a way to pull the info from the External SQL database and use that database for the campaigning, or is there a synch mechanism so the database can by synchronized every day.

I have this problem too.
