I am wondering if it is possible to export CDR reports into PDF or XLS?
If I run a CDR query and email it the format is a text doc.
Is there any way to get the CDR reports in another format right on Call Manager or is there an easy trick to convert this into a useable XLS doc or some other format?
Also I see some entries in the Called No Called No Partition, Dest No Dest No Partition, Last Rd No Last Rd No Partition, and Media Info columns that say NULL.
What would likely be causing the NULL value?

if it's a CSV you can use a spreadsheet editor to open the file and see it by columns.
if you look for info directly into CAR you get the option to get PDF or CSV

I think my initial post was not specific enough.
What I am doing is going to CDR --> SEARCH --> BY USER/EXTENSION and selecting one extension to search for.
The result is output to a webpage.
I can view the results but it would be great to see it in another format.
When I send the report to myself it is a text doc.
I can view it in notepad or wordpad.
In notepad it is formatted all funny.
In wordpad it looks like columns and it is easily readable but I would like to find an easy way to get it to xls format if possible.
As far as I can tell there is no other way to have this data sent from Call Manager other than as a text doc.
Is that correct?

Actually I am able to get the wordpad data imported to excel but its not really in the style that I want.
Probably just need to work with excel some more and see what can be done.

I know this is an old post, but did you ever manage to solve the Media Info null problem?
