ipsec vpn ios - pix problem

I have a big problem and i don't know what to do. i configure a VPN with the following data:

encryotion des, hash md5, dh 1, preshared, but when i tried to stablish the vpn the ios router show me this error

Jul 1 20:50:15.311: IPSEC(validate_transform_proposal): transform proposal not supported for identity:

{esp-3des esp-md5-hmac }

please help

just check "transform-set" on both sides
