can any one shortly brief which product need to fullfill my requirement.

requirement: I have a client who have a newspaper office. He want his newspaper readers dial the official number( from cell or fixed phone) and get listen always update news.

For this reason cisco have any equipment or without cisco which other company provide this type of server.
