can any one help me with price and the best Cisco Layer 3 Device for Smal and Medium size office with 300 Employees.

Price is vary vendor to vendor. But you can call to cisco / cisco reseller and find out.

As of my racommdation: best L3 device is Router 1841 and switch 3600.

Hi

It depends on how L3 intensive it should be - an 1841 Router should do for something like basic internet traffic and a little WAN stuff

if you want a little more the nI would start with a 2801.

AS far as switrches are concerned it also depends in internal infrastructure ( lots of users can use 1 stack of switches (3750) or users are in groups of up to 48 (2960/3560) depending on you also needing L3 capability or not and on the 3750 a Stackable Switch system....
