*Jun 30 12:25:21.079: %SIP-3-UNSUPPORTED: Unsupported ptime value

Any ideas what this is and how to resolve it as it seems to drop all active calls when this occurs.

Also when dialling out, and say for example you reach a number that is busy, like an analog phone on the telco's network, instead of receiving a busy tone signal it rings 2/3 times and then cuts off, is there something I could do to rectify this.

Thanks for your help

Because an internal software error has occurred. Refer the following link to know the recommended action: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_3t/system/messages/smg2tmsp.html

The error message " %SIP-3-UNSUPPORTED: Unsupported ptime value" is an informative message of certain violation.
