I have a user that is getting annoying automated faxes on her phone twice a day. How can I stop these automated faxes to this one particular number on a cluster. It is only 1 user. CCM V4.2(3) MGCP

Does the phone display where the fax call came from?

No the phone does not display number otherwise I would advise customer to just fax back with a message requesting to stop sending to this number?

Hi Derek,
There is no way to block these calls based on CLID using a MGCP Gateway :( When one of these Fax calls comes through ask this user to Transfer the call to a Fax line. This way you can get the Header info from the Fax Page and contact the offending company on her behalf.
