I have a problem
for one of my customers I upgraded call manager from 4.2 to 6.1 using the MDA tools, it is working fine, but the IPMA users i have to add them manually, any way I did that too.
but when I am trying to access the IPMA service through assistant phone, it is giving me " Requesting ... " forever and it is not accessing the service.
my IPMA is Proxy mode. and I made sure from the partitions, CSS, managers and assistant.
I tried also to use a sniffer to see what king of traffic is between the assistant phone and the CM while pressing the IPMA service button, the Phone sends HTTP/XML request, but the call manager is replying with HTTP only, is that making any problem ?
