Cisco Unity 4.0 + voice mail

Hello,

I have a problem to receive the voice message in the email subscribers.

I dont know how and when i can start troubleshooting? please could someone help me? any helping documentation...

hicham,

Is this a VM or UM configuration ? If its VM only, to get voicemail as email you will need to get an IMAP license per user and then integrate each client (Outlook for ex) with IMAP connection to the Exchange server (which is same as Unity server in most installations).

hi all,

the solution was working well, and all subscribers was able to receive the voice message in theire mail box. the solution was installed by someone else and they asked me for reslove this problem.

the mail server is exchange 2003.
