Contact Center - Prompts

I have a very long prompt that cuts off about half way when the user is listening to it...its 218.49KB. None of my other prompts are having this problem. Is it the prompt or is there a script setting to expand the duration so the prompt doesn't get cut off.

This is IPCC express 5.0 with CUCM 6.0


I have this problem too.

Is this happening consistently at the same point ? Are you pressing any key at this point when it cuts off ?

Yes it is cutting off at the same point. I can press the options 1 or 2 and the scripts continues as it should.

However, the caller only hears option cuts off before hearing option 2.
