Attendant console fails to transfer to voicemail

CM6.1.1 unity 5x

the attendant console trys to use the transfer to voicemail option for an extension, but intermittently gets "failed to transfer to voice mail"

All DN have the correct profile, re-installed console software, reset system - same problem.

Anyone find a solution for this?

Complete these steps for one possible workaround for this issue: Create a translation pattern which translates into the configured voice mail pilot point. From AC, do not choose the voice mail option. Instead, choose the call, press transfer, and enter the translation pattern number.
