When I click "CS-Device and Credentials" and found popup window "Error in communicating with DCR Server.
DCR Server may be down. Please start the DCR Server and then refresh the page. ", but when I use "cs-server-admin-process" to check DCRserver process, it shows "Running normally". I try to restart this service again, but the issue was still happened.
But I could find all devices from REM and CM module.
please advice!

This error can occur if anti-virus software is scanning the NMSROOT directory. Try disabling AV scanning of NMSROOT, then restart dmgtd.

Thanks for your advice! I just try to restart dmgtd service, all devices come back.
and then I tried to restart AV service, but everything is OK. So I do not think AV caused this issue.

The problem is transient. Keep AV scanning disabled for NMSROOT for a few days, and see if the problem returns.
