I have a system that cannot do any type of transfer within the office or between offices.
Example:
Call comes in to showroom
Needs to be transfered to customer service.
Hit transfer button
dial number
once you hit the second number you get a fast busy.
We can call all the phones we have access to, but we cannot do any type of transfer
