CCX 5.0 retore is failing due to incorrect AXL provider username/pwd

Does anyone know how to manually stop the restore process once it's failde due to incorrect username/pwd? I need to update the AXL Provider with the correct CCM username/pwd but the system will not allow it because it's waiting for the restore to finish. It can't finish because it's failing due to the username/pwd.

I have this problem too.

The AXL provider is not on UCCX but on the CCM.

If you need to update it, then just go to the CallManager, update it and then try to continue the update.

Try also to stop it from the CM on the serviceability pages.

I understand that the AXL provider is Callmanager. However, the username/pwd information in CRS>Unified Configuration page was changed from the existing CCM username/pwd to CRS. Doesn't CRS use that login information in it's CM configuration page to log into Callmanager?

I can try changing the existing Callmanager username to match the CRS username already defined in CRS and see if this will work. Thanks
