CallManager 4.13 Subscriber SQL Issue after adding to cluster

I have a customer with 1 CM Pub and Sub on version 4.1(3). I added a second subscriber with the same exact version and SR patches. Problem I'm running into is in SQL Enterprise Manager, the replication fails and it complains of "COuld not find stored procedure "IsChangeNotifyReady"". I looked at the Pub and the stored procedure exists. Any ideas? Database names are the original CCM0300 across the board.

Yeah, saw the doc after I posted this. I reinitialized the db and restarted the risc data collector and that did the trick. thanks for the response...
