Hi,

I have installed a new CCM 6.0.1 server. While I'm doing th first backup, when it tries to do a backup from subscriber MOH server, I have the following error:

=====================================================

Server : CCMSUBSCRIBER

Feature : CCM

Component : MOH

Time Completed: 2008-07-03-12-03-08

Result Code : 106

Result String : ERROR

=====================================================

MOH: ready for backup

Starting MOH backup

/usr/local/cm/sftp/mohprep/CiscoMOHSourceReport.xml

/usr/local/cm/sftp/mohprep/SampleAudioSource.alaw.wav

/usr/local/cm/sftp/mohprep/SampleAudioSource.g729.wav

/usr/local/cm/sftp/mohprep/SampleAudioSource.ulaw.wav

/usr/local/cm/sftp/mohprep/SampleAudioSource.wb.wav

MOH: Backup failed (255)

----> BEGIN Standard Output

----> END Standard Output

----> BEGIN Standard Error

Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal.

Read from remote host ccm: Connection timed out

----> END Standard Error

I'm not sure what the problem is, so any help would be apreciated.

Regards

Perform the following steps:

1. Log into your server with remote admin account and go to /home/drfuser/.ssh

2. cp known_hosts known_hosts.keep (this is to keep a copy of the file with new-key)

3. Reboot your server

4. Log into your server again and go to /home/drfuser/.ssh

5. cp known_hosts.keep known_hosts (this is to overwrite the file to put your new-key back)

6. DRF should now work

You need root access so basically a TAC case needs to be open

You already reboot | restarted DRF services?
