C2801 with crashinfo files

Hi, we have a C2801 with (C2801-SPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(5a), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3).

We have Metroethernet access and a ISDN backup.

The flash is full of crashes and the router stops responding.

Any Ideas?

Upgrade to 12.4(3j) and check again.

Is still crashes, contact the TAC or post the info here.

Need to del the crashinfo.

#del /f /r crashinfo

and change the ios.

Hi guys:

I change the IOS to c2801-spservicesk9-mz.123-8.T11.bin and all works fine but i see a new error message Jul 4 22:03:24: ASSERTION FAILED: file "/vws/bvb/CPY-v123_8_t_throttle.V123_8_T11/vob/ios.sys7/sys/obj-5k-c2801/../chips/gt96k/gt96k_timer.c", line 771

Any Idea?Is this important?what does it mean?

The ASSERTION FAILED message is a sign of a software problem. I would suggest that you change the software to a different version.
