hope you can help, I have a Callmanager Express 4.2 IPT deployment.
The problem is with call transfers.
If you try to do a consult transfer and the person you are attempting to transfer to does not answer, you can get the original caller back, but you still get the ring tone from the attempted transfer.
Only you can hear the ringing, the original caller cannot hear the ring tone. This is very off putting as the ringing continues for the remainder of the call.
Would appreciate any advice.
