I have received by RTMT Alert, that is described on the Attachment picture. What kind of problem is it? Is it normal?

I don't know. I think I should monitor this alert if it will appear again. In the EventViewer I could not find any strange alert like CPU utilization.

if there were tons of those or every day then i would say that it could be a problem, but if it was only once then i don't think there was nothing to worry about.

a DRS backup, fix the replication, or some other stuff can cause the CPU to spike, maybe someone was doing config on the server at that time.

BAT can cause this if you insert a whole lot of things, if it was only once i'd say monitor it for a couple of days just in case

Can this problem be with IPCC Enterprise? As I see the problem is with java. Maybe this problem concerned with JTAPI user?

As I see, it's a problem with CDR. It has size of 7 Gb. How can I resolve this problem?
