Call redirect VM not working

We migrated IPCCX 3.5.3 to 4.0.5 after that when a call is transferred to a extension (from IPCCX by using our good "Call Redirect" step) if they don't answer it should go to respective voice mail box, instead of that it is going to main VM greeting. We did try couple of options in the script by changing "Call Redirect" step, Reset to "Destination " or "Extension" or "Preserve", Nothing works all go to VM main greeting. This was working fine in 3.5.3

CM is 4.1.3 SR5 and IPCCX 4.0.5 sr1

Make sure you don't have any Call Routing rules on the Unity server that has a DNIS that matches the IPCCX application trigger.

Also, Unity may not recognize the application DNIS, ensure that the VM mailbox has the correct extension.

Thanks for your response. Sorry I forgot to mention VM server is not Unity it is Octel and it is integrated to CM through VG248.
