We migrated IPCCX 3.5.3 to 4.0.5 after that when a call is transferred to a extension (from IPCCX by using our good "Call Redirect" step) if they don't answer it should go to respective voice mail box, instead of that it is going to main VM greeting. We did try couple of options in the script by changing "Call Redirect" step, Reset to "Destination " or "Extension" or "Preserve", Nothing works all go to VM main greeting. This was working fine in 3.5.3
CM is 4.1.3 SR5 and IPCCX 4.0.5 sr1
