OCS 2007, CUPS 6.0, CUCM 6.0 Full Integration

We are in the middle of OCS/Cisco integration. We follow some documentation from Cisco and Microsoft but we are in a death end because the presence server does not accept presence information from an extension with â€œ+â€ as prefix.

Is there any way to manipulate this on Cisco or Microsoft to allow the presence and remote call control from MOC?

Hi.

if you are using remote call control you need to use a Application Dial Rule to strip the "+" sign.

if you just want to call between the system you need a CUBE (IPIPgateway) to add/strip "+"

between ocs and cucm.
