Problems with VPN using Microsoft VPN Client

I am setting up a new ASA 5505 and I am having trouble getting Remote VPN to work. My users are using Microsoft VPN technology. I used the VPN Wizard but I still cannot get any connection to the device. It will not even get past the connection phase. Attached is the running config, any help would be appreciated.
