Hello all,
I am planing to integrate an Avaya G3 V12 with a CCM 5.1. I am thinking of using either:
1) A SIP trunk btw Avaya G3 and CCM 5.1
or
2) a Cisco 2851 (CME) Gatway with PRI
My question is how the licencing is going to work. Do I need to buy any licences for this integration? If so, is it going to be per user or it comes in bundle? If you have any previous Avaya-Cisco integration experience and know how much the licencing will cost, please let me know.
Thanks,
MK

Hi, from the cisco side, no licensing of any type is needed for what you exposed above.
Please rate post if it helps!

I have done this recently with a h323 gateway integration between avaya and cisco call manager.
on the avaya side you will need to buy a 3rd party vendor support license to enable the needed features. i think this was particularly for h323, so not sure for sip.
