Cisco Unified CM User Options

Hi,

Users want to print out their AbbrDials but the entire list will not print just the first 25. anyone ever seen this before?

AbbrDial entries are stored in CM's SQL database, not DC Directory (like Fast Dials and PAB entries). The table is just: device id, speed dial index, speed dial number and the label/name. It appears that the name is only used for reference when accessing via CCMUser or CCMAdmin.

We ended up using Fast Dial lists for group speed dials (a few key presses slower than AbbrDial though).
