Speed dials for Callmanager Express

Hi,

I'm implementing a Callmanager express for a client and i'm experiencing a problem. I configured speed dial on a 7961 IP phone. The speed dial shows agains some of the botton on the phone and does not show on other botton. Despite the same commands for all bottons. What could probably be the cause? Pls help.

Hi, speed-dial will show only if you have free unused buttons, and the number used does NOT define the button that will be used, is that your case ?

Hi Peternnaji,

How are you programming CME? Through the console or web interface?

Try doing this with the web interface. It's much easier.
