hi everyone...

iam implementing ccm5.1 and i have this particular request from the customer..

during office time i need managers calls to be routed automatically to secretary and during non office time it has to ring at the managers extension itself..

to be more clear..

from 8AM to 6PM managers calls forwarded to secretary..

form 6PM to 8AM managers should be able to pick all the calls..

i read the cisco document on time-of-day routing but wasnt able to implement this feature...
