Does this refer only to IPCCX bundled with CM ?
Does this refer only to Cisco AA.aef and similar scripts ?
What if I write my own aef script, which acts like an AA and does not queue calls. Is that valid ?
Lastly, since IPCCX = IP IVR + QM, why do I need to seaparately purchase IP IVR ?
