You might want to contact TAC as I see there is a patch available for this issue.

This bug only affects Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition SP1 or higher. Other OSes and other versions of Windows are not affected. If you have Windows 2003 EE SP1 or higher, you can get the patch by calling the TAC, and referencing this bug.

I do not have option of opening TAC, is there an easier way out.

Can somebody email the patch to me!!!

No. In order to obtain certain patches, TAC service requests must be opened. This helps in tracking who applies the patches.
